How to Delete Your Account and Data

Summary

You can delete your PensionPulse account and data at any time. Because the current service is a controlled closed beta — a temporary test — deletion is simple and complete.

Important: All beta data is deleted automatically when the beta ends, regardless of whether you request it. Nothing from the beta carries over to the production service. When production launches, you will create a new account from scratch.

1. How to Delete Your Data

• In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account.
• By email: send a request to privacy@lhmetrics.com with the subject “Delete My Data” and the email address you used for the beta. You do not need to log in to request deletion this way.
• By leaving the test: removing yourself from Apple TestFlight or Google Play closed testing stops access; email us to also delete server-side beta data.

2. What Gets Deleted

• Your account and credentials.
• Your activity data and any BAA (aging) and aging-speed indicators computed for you.
• Your demographic inputs (date of birth, sex) and your financial inputs and projections.
• Any advisor connection you created, and the sharing consent attached to it.
• Diagnostic data associated with your account, to the extent it identifies you.

We will also instruct our biological-age technology provider(s) and infrastructure providers to delete the corresponding beta data they hold on our behalf. The provider(s) in use are listed in the BAA Provider Disclosure.

3. If You Connected an Advisor

A promo code is normally given to you by an advisor you already have a relationship with — someone you have engaged for retirement planning or financial management. Connecting through their code is a deliberate act between you and a professional you know; PensionPulse assumes the connection is one you intend. (Applying a code from an unknown third party would make little sense and is not how the feature is meant to be used.)

If you connected an advisor during the beta, deleting your account also ends that connection and the sharing consent behind it — the advisor’s read access stops. Reports or notes the advisor saved on their own side, or in the records of their own practice, are governed by your relationship with that advisor and sit outside our beta systems. If you would like, contact us at privacy@lhmetrics.com and we will ask the advisor to delete material you shared with them through the platform.

You can also stop sharing without deleting your whole account — pause or disconnect the advisor at any time in Profile → Subscription & Advisor.

4. Timing

We delete beta data from active systems promptly, normally within a few days of a verified request. Encrypted backups rotate out shortly thereafter and are not restored to active systems in the meantime. All remaining beta data is deleted when the beta ends.

5. What We May Briefly Retain

We may retain minimal information needed to confirm a deletion request was handled, or where retention is required by law. We do not retain beta health, demographic, or financial data beyond the beta.

6. Beta Data Is Not Used to Train Any Model

Your beta data is excluded from any model-development use entirely. Deleting your account does not need to “untrain” anything, because beta data was never used for training in the first place.

7. Verification

To protect you, we confirm a deletion request comes from you, normally using the email address associated with your account. We will not delete based on an unverifiable request.

8. Children

The beta is for adults 18 and older, enforced from your date of birth at sign-up. We do not knowingly hold data for anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we delete it.
